Return Policy Delivery

Luckybabyspa products are sent to our customers by Cargo. Your orders are shipped within 3 business days at the latest (excluding public holidays and weekends). The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified in the order. If you are not present at the specified address, a note will be left stating that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch and do not receive your package within three days, your package will be returned to us.

As Luckybabyspa, we ask you to check the products during delivery in order to provide you with a faster and more effective service, and in case of any damage (crush, tear, opening, wetting, etc.), we request that you return the damaged products by keeping a report to the cargo officer. In the event that a record is not kept, we cannot refund the product price to you as we cannot compensate for the damage from the courier company. For this reason, we would like to emphasize that you should be sensitive to this issue while receiving your product.

Refund Conditions

If you wish to return or change the product you have received, you must inform the e-mail address i nfo@luckybabyspa.com of your return and / or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product changes for purchases made on our website are only valid for size and color changes. Outside the body and discoloration, we may return our product you are requesting a change, if you wish after the war , you can order again from ww.luckybabyspa.co address.

After you receive the return or change confirmation e-mail, you can fill in the return section on the front of your invoice completely and send the product along with its invoice to “Kıbrısşehitleri cad. No: 35/2 '' by courier. If you send your return and exchange other than the cargo company we work with, the shipping fee belongs to you.

If the purchased product invoice is issued on behalf of an institution, the relevant institution must issue a return invoice equal to the invoice amount during the return.

Returns and exchanges must be made with the original box or packaging sent to you. Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the original condition in which it was delivered to you, in a re-salable condition. In cases where the inspected product does not comply with the conditions stated above, the product cannot be exchanged, refunded and the cost cannot be returned.

Product exchange and return are evaluated on the day the package reaches us. If the product return is approved, your refund amount will be refunded to the credit card you used when purchasing the product within 10 business days of receiving the product. If the product change is not approved, the product will be sent to your address within 2 business days at the latest.

Order cancellation
For the cancellation of your order, you can send an e-mail to i nfo@luckybabyspa.com. If your order is not shipped, your order will be canceled according to the order cancellation request you specified in the e-mail. If your order has been shipped, the return procedure will be operated.
